    This analysis is dead on. What worries me most is that, when the public employee unions realize how much they might gain from such a convention, an endless stream of chartered busses will head for ALbany.

    Is it too late to join up with Quebec as Quebec Sud? I can dust off my college franglais and I already have a beret.
